After teaching @ hougang, met up with Eileen for quickie supper at Liquid Kitchen. We ordered Woolly Masala and plain bread to go along with it. Waited for a long while before the food arrived. Suddenly, Eileen was pointing at what looked like a nymph crawling on the basket of bread. I was stunned at the sight of a baby creepy-crawly, then I beckoned the waiter to come over to take a look at the basket. He gasped and quickly took the basket of bread away from our table. With a sigh of relief and also thank God that this nymph did not crawl out of the basket and onto our hands..yeeks! The waiter came back with yet another basket of bread...this time assuring us that there is no problem with it anymore and told us that the basket of bread is on the house. Of course, both Eileen and I were not at all satisfied with the 'compensation' given...I was telling Eileen probably we could ask for a 20% lifetime membership discount or something, haa! if not, we will report this to ENV, and you will find their F&B license suspended. We were not that mean after all. Left the place for Mustafa soon after for our late nite shopping. I always enjoyed shopping at Mustafa because it's a place where you can get all the necessary stuff under one roof! Yepz...
