A Teacher's Day Treat : Au Petit Salut...Here We Come!

Finally! The long-awaited APS Lunch with the Friday Kakis! Our Auntie Friday-meetups and also a Teachers' Day treat for us...



The Menu


Set Lunch is at $30+++, a recent increase in price. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our lunch!

The Executive set-lunch which is almost double the price!
The choices on this menu are more exquisite!

Half a dozen baked burgundy snails in tomato & garlic...simply irresistible!

Stella's pick for her entrees: Homemade Duck Rillete with masclun salad and walnut dressing


Stella's Red Wine Braised Beef Cheeks served with carrots, mushroom and parsley potato



The rest of us ordered the all-time favourite Pan-seared Onglet


We asked for the beef to be cooked medium but it turned out to be medium rare

Conz' Passionfruit souffle


This was a special recommendation by the chef: Dark Chocolate cake with Rasberry Sorbet


My Dark Chocolate Ganache with whipped cream and chocolate shavings


Eileen's Choux buns filled with vanilla ice cream in warm chocolate sauce and sliced almonds



We had a wonderful time indeed...and we are looking forward to the next gathering.
