After dinner at Thomson Hill food centre, we came across a newly-opened cottage style German food restaurant. We were attracted by a large signboard that says "HAPPY HOUR".

Gift from Paris

Guat Hoon, my piano student went to Paris in June. She bought this nice cup, key chain and a bag of Fine Chocolates from Jeff de Bruges, a shop near the Eiffel Tower. Love the Chocolates - a good mix of milk and bittersweet chocolates. Yum!

These past two days, I was at home because Nicole was sick and needed my care and attention.

Monday - I had Xiaoyun and Kelly who visited us. They bought Macs. At Dinner time, I had Maria who came after her CCA. Cooked a simple meal of pan-fried salmon, minced pork and tofu, fried chicken and leafy lettuce.

Tuesday - Godma Eileen came for dinner after her tuition. I cooked Black Pepper Minced Beef Udon, Cold tofu with pork floss, Chicken Karaage.

NDP Rehearsal @ Marina Bay

I was on duty on 28 June, Saturday. Accompanied the students to their NDP rehearsal. These were the Sec 1T & 2T. I had a horrendous time trying to get them to form their lines and get ready each time we were told to get ready to move off from the holding area (Singapore Flyer Multi-storey carpark 2nd level) to the Marina Bay. If I were to compare, I think the Sec 2Ts fared better in their behaviour. Thanks to some of the girls who took care of me that warm afternoon. :)

Grand Finale - was rather messy because they were still deciding to rearrange where these people have to stand.
